Dylan Cruz is a licensed associate at White Box Commercial Property Group, focused on retail and commercial leasing in Madison and the surrounding region.

A University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, Dylan brings experience from Landlord representation, Tenant representation, site selection, and commercial lease-up. Early in his career, he worked with Artis REIT, supporting office lease transactions across twelve Middleton properties totaling 1.8 million square feet, an assignment that gave him a strong foundation in how institutional ownership thinks and operates. From there, Dylan found his footing in retail and has not looked back. At T. Wall Enterprises, one of Wisconsin's most active mixed-use and multifamily developers, he focused on retail lease-up and capital-raising efforts across an expanding portfolio of mixed-use developments throughout Wisconsin.

At White Box, Dylan works across retail and restaurant leasing assignments with a focus on execution, client outcomes, and getting the right deal done.

Outside of work, you'll find him in the gym, reading, or hiking local and regional parks with his corgi, Annie.
